Today, the Executive Director of the DemCast social media network, Nick Knudsen, put out a message which I believe will be of great interest to members of Daily Kos (both writers and readers, even those who don’t have a DK account).

I have it directly from DemCast co-founder and Director of Strategy, Lori Coleman (@DemocracyStorm on Twitter), that DemCast has partenered up with Daily Kos on a number of actions already, so this network is one that you can join and feel comfortable knowing they are already our ally in the fight for victory over the despicable conservative Republicans in 2022! 

For anyone who loves the information they find here at Daily Kos, I guarantee you will find that also being a member of the #DemCasters and helping share the information from their network will be just as satisfying. I know, I’ve been sharing DK with the wider world since I started reading and posting here in Oct of 2003. 19 years now.

I know this place makes a lot of noise and has found candidates from across the nation making an account and speaking directly to us about what matters, even those who seek the highest of Offices, like Barack Obama. Which I love, but Daily Kos is more about the long-form, and there are a lot of people who just aren’t into long form information.

What does DemCast offer you that DK doesn’t?

Each one of these candidates is a seat which, if won on Nov8th, can help assure we keep the US House Speaker’s Gavel in Democratic Party hands. 

2022 is an ALL HANDS ON DECK election. 

WE NEED at least TWO MORE US Senators this fall, but without the Speaker’s Gavel, those two won’t have any progressive or needed legislation from the US House to pass and move to the Senate to pass, too!
